A HomeRun!

So Now You’re 62

I guess the old saying, “It’s never too late to try something new”, is very true.

At sixty-four, I went to my first Milwaukee Brewer’s game with my boyfriend, my daughter and her boyfriend. Actually, my first professional baseball game.

My son, David, played little league baseball and of course I was in the first row at every game.

The evening started at Friday’s Restaurant at Miller Park Stadium. We had window seats watching the game while eating and socializing!

Mind you in air conditioning!

Our waiter was friendly and told us we could stay as long as we want. So generous!

Then we sat outside and watched the Milwaukee Brewers win four to three!

I saw my first professional in person homerun!

Being over sixty-two, I totally recommend going to a sports event out of your comfort zone!

What a fond memory!
