We Will Miss You, Dear Friend!!!
While we are celebrating this joyous time of year, we would like to hold a candle in memory of this wonderful woman, Diana de Anda.
Diane was 82 and never stopped sharing, writing, teaching, mentoring, contributing and supporting. A Professor of Social Welfare at UCLA and well-established author for Star Bright Books, Simon and Schuster, Penguin House and more, Screamin Mamas was never beneath her to share her work. It has been an honor to have had her as one of our steady contributors as she has shared numerous tales of motherhood, children, nostalgia, humor and more.
