Unseasonable

“It’s Spring! It’s Spring!” sings the robin.

“Hold it right there!” tweets his wife.

“Here I am freezing my tail feathers off…

this is the coldest I’ve been in my life!

You are a bird-brain, dear hubby of mine,

if you think I’ll lay eggs in this mess.

I’m telling you now: either fly me back South

or find a heater to put in this nest!”
