Mamas, why is diet always an issue???? It's been a few months since I posted about the dreadful "D" word because I thought I might actually have it under control. NOT! In truth, I just plain lost track of all the pasta and calories. After finally trying to squeeze into the last pair of stretch pants and careful observation, I realize this issue is still alive and growing - AT ALARMING RATES!!! And the Holidays are here!!!!
