Joy in the morning
First thought coffee, right? I do love coffee, but I am speaking about my morning smoothie. For various reasons, my adult daughter and I are sharing living quarters. She is a very healthy eater, and every morning she mixes up a smoothie full of healthy ingredients for me. Sometimes cherry banana, very berry, chocolate banana, each one delicious. Greens and supplements also added. Yummo!!
